Indian Territory Illuminating Oil Motion Pictures (ITIO) was founded by Kent Hammond in Bartlesville, Oklahoma with a clear mission: to tell the stories of the great oil barons who used vision and conviction to lay the foundation of today’s modern oil empires. ITIO is most interested in telling the stories that are still untold about great men like Henry Vernon Foster.
